The MINISCAN letter and small package X-ray security screening system is a compact, lightweight unit designed for desktop operation.
The 80KVP, 3mA X-ray source is powerful enough to penetrate bundles of mail and small packages, and detail as small as 36 gauge solid copper wire can be detected on the 12" (305 mm) by 16" (406 mm) fluorescent screen. Over 300 pieces per hour can be screened.
